    Reflection individual

First, I would like to express my gratitude to my lecturer, Miss Lena for guiding and

teaching me throughout the process of completing this assignment. Besides that, I

would like to thank my group members for the cooperation that they gave during the

completion of this assignment. During the process of completing this task, I have gained

much knowledge such as how to make a good survey and report.

We have faced a lot of challenge during the process to complete this assignment but

we still make through and solve with all the help from friend and the cooperation of our

team work. The 1st challenge was the internet problem. I found difficulties to access to

internet because blocking from the Maktab. Many web-site have been block and it was

very slow when we wanna to open a web page. Besides that, on the way to finish this

assignment, we got two weeks holidays for Raya. We are hard for having a discussion

together when that time because all of us would separate and go back to home town.

But we overcome this problem by having a group discussion before going back for

Raya. We were having a 2 hour meeting for just discussing this assignment only. After

this, we also have a discussion on facebook and msn.

The most challenging part was making a survey and Q and A from the other

classes. Besides that, we have also faced some problem for finding lecture to made the

survey paper for us. We need to patiently asking them to make a survey. After they do

that survey, we still need to get back from them. Sometime we found that our survey

paper was lose after they gave us back the survey paper. So we need to re-do again.

Not only that, they also gave us wrong information on that survey paper.

Before I end my reflection, I would like to say thank you to our group leader Farihah

because she was the one who always do the best and the right for our group. In

addition, I also like to thank our group member Asyraf, Fatin and Nazirah.
