Quartz crystal sensor captures outgas, measures the total amounts, and analyzer can identify the type of adsorped substance. Outgas Sensor“Twin CQCM & TQCM” (Cryogenic and Thermoelectric QCM sensors for QTGA) When a substance is adsorbed on the electrode of QCM sensor, frequency shifts to lower side equivalent for mass amount.
