NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION
Notice is hereby given to all persons owning land and other
property within the boundaries of Atchison County Levee District
#1, Atchison County, Missouri, that the annual meeting of said
district and election will be held on Monday, June 29, 2015 at 9:00
a.m. at the Garst Office, 101 W. Mill Street, Rock Port, Missouri,
for the purpose of electing one supervisor who will serve for a
term of five (5) years and until his successor is elected and
qualified.
That at such election each and every acre of land in the
district shall represent one share and each owner shall be entitled
to one vote either in person or by proxy for every acre of land
owned by them in the said district.
That such meeting shall begin at 9:00 a.m. and shall continue
until the purpose for which the same is called shall have been
accomplished.
