The Atlanta BeltLine offers a unique environment to pursue so many of life’s passions. By putting healthy living front and center, Atlantans can enjoy diverse, accessible, and fun ways to stay healthy via our free health and fitnessactivities.• Youcanchooseaerobics,FitWit,
REI-led Trail Yoga, introductory bike riding classes for adults and children, and much more. There is something for everyone—regardlessofageorfitnesslevel.
• TheAtlantaBeltLineofferstwomonthly run clubs, a social run on Thursday nights and a weekend morningrunledbyREI(50-100participants).
Not only do you earn points for participating in Atlanta BeltLine events, but you can also log your daily workouts for points! Create a team with your friends, neighbors, or co-workers, and challenge each other to a better lifestyle. Check back often as the online community is updated with partner races each month. Redeem your points for fun prizes from our sponsors.
In its second year, the Active Lifestyle Competition rewards participants ofourRunningSeriesandfitnessprograms for their accomplishments. Throughout the year, participants earn pointsforvariousfitnessactivities.At the end of the year, the person receiving the most points will receive a cash prize as well as a weekend getaway package to Serenbe. All participants can track their points and redeem points for prizes in the Online Health Community.
About the Atlanta BeltLineRunning Series Started in 2011, the Atlanta BeltLine Running Series showcases different segments of the Atlanta BeltLine with each race. Competitors are not only treated to a fun, relaxed race environment, but also given a chance to experience the Atlanta BeltLine first-hand.
About the Atlanta BeltLineThe Atlanta BeltLine is a sustainable transportation and redevelopment project that will provide a network of public parks, multi-use trails, and transit along a historic 22-mile railroad corridor circling downtown and connecting many neighborhoods directly to each other. The Atlanta BeltLine is transforming the city with a combination of rail, trail, greenspace, housing, and art.
