North Battle Mountain Property
A Carlin-type gold deposit has been defined and drill ready!
The principal potential at the North Battle Mtn. project is for a
large Carlin-type gold/silver deposit hosted within carbonate
lithologies of the Antler Peak Limestone, the host rocks for the
world-class Twin Creek (Newmont) and Turquoise Ridge
(Barrick) gold deposits.
Two large gold and associated arsenic, antimony, and zinc
anomalies, 2,100 ft. (640 m) by 900 ft. (275 m) and 1,050 ft. (320
m) by 460 ft. (140 m), have been defined. Gold-in-rock values
range from 10 to a high of 407 ppb (0.40 g/T Au). A number of
gold-in-rock greater than 100 ppb Au are reported. The
mineralization appears to have been controlled, in-part, by dikes
that follow pre-existing N.20-40°E. trending structures. The
presence of overlapping high arsenic, antimony, mercury,
molybdenite, silver, lead, zinc and tungsten is very encouraging
as these elements are often above or distal to a Carlin-type gold
deposit.
The North Battle Mtn. property is underlain by an arkosic
assemblage consisting of calcareous sandstone/siltstone, shale
and chert. This sequence has been intruded by mineralized
(“quartz eye”) porphyry dacitic dikes and sills. Younger volcanic
rocks and minor sediments were deposited over these older
units. N.20-40°E-trending high-angle faults containing elevated
gold, silver, arsenic, antimony, mercury, molybdenite; tungsten
and zinc; barite-in-filings; brecciation; quartz veins; extreme
fracturing; dikes; and abundant iron oxide formation are the
controls for observed metal distribution.
Gravity geophysics has been completed over part of the claim area. Data
reveals a strong gravity high located along the eastern one-half of the sec.
22 claims. It is suggested that the gravity high may be caused by a mafic
intrusive at depth or potential metal bearing host rocks elevated to a shallow
depth. The inference of a possible mafic intrusive is extremely important as
this same situation is the model for the world-class gold deposits at Barrick’s
Pipeline and Cortez Hills mines.
As a follow-up to gravity, a three-line CSAMT geophysical survey was
completed over the gravity high. The survey identified three (3) major target
areas containing potential silicification that overlay mapped structures,
mineralized dikes and gold in-rock anomalies. In addition, a predominant
feature clearly evident in all three CSAMT sections is a surface resistivity
layer over a conductive lower layer. A possible explanation for the highly
conductive layer is carbon flooding with associated graphite or clay
alteration along a major thrust zone. Metal ponding below the conductive
layer offers an exciting gold/silver target.
Rock geochemical and gravity/CSAMT geophysical data indicate that a
significant gold/silver-bearing hydrothermal system exists in the area with
N.20-40°E structures as an important control.
Exploration Targets Include:
• Shallow open-pit gold hosted in fractured siliciclastic rocks overlying the
major thrust zone
• Fracture rocks adjacent to dikes and faults
• Bonanza gold hosted in the Antler Peak Limestone below the thrust zone.

Geology – Regional Structural Relationships
The North Battle Mtn. property is
underlain by an arkosic assemblage
consisting of calcareous and
stone/siltstone, shale and chert,
possibly equivalent to the
Mississippian-Permian-age Havallah
sequence. This sequence is intruded
by Tertiary-age (“quartz eye”) porphyry
dacitic dikes and sills.
Eocene to Pliocene felsic to mafic
volcanic rocks and minor sediments
were deposited over these older units.
High-angle faults striking E-W, N30-
60°E and N20-50°W are the key fault
sets. Elevated metal values, barite in-
fillings, brecciation, fracturing, intrusive
dikes, and abundant iron oxide
formation are associated with these.

Geochemistry – Gold-in-Rock
Two large gold and associated trace
element anomalies; 640m long X 275m
wide and 320m long X 140m wide.
Gold-in-rock values range to 407 ppb
(0.40 g/T) with significant overlapping
values of arsenic, antimony, mercury,
molybdenite, silver, lead, zinc, and
tungsten.
Presence of high zinc, antimony and
arsenic is very encouraging as these
elements are often above or distal to
Carlin-type gold deposits.

North Battle Mountain Project Summary
The North Battle Mountain Project is unique in many ways that lead the exploration team to believe a gold deposit is present. Important facts are:
Atoka’s V.P. of Exploration, Arthur Leger, has been involved with the property since discovery in 1996.
To-date over $500k+ has been expended on the property with all of the information cumulatively adding to the development of the North Battle Mountain Property and understanding the gold potential.
The project is located along the Northern Nevada Rift, a major gold belt.
Favorable geology has been discovered, including dikes suggesting an intrusive related gold system.
Moderate-grade surface gold has been sampled with associated high arsenic, antimony, silver, thallium, selenium, molybdenite, zinc and tellurium.
Geophysical data indicates a large gravity high that may represent densely altered host rocks of the Antler Formation.
