When a candidate clicks apply on your job board, you send a request in the background to Broadbean containing the candidate’s profile and CV. Broadbean return you a URL to redirect the applicant to, rather than the original URL sent with the job at the time of posting. The candidate should be sent to the new URL, which contains information so the ATS can retrieve the candidate’s details and pre-populate the application form. From past experiences, the implementation for this is minimal, usually taking between two and ten days depending on your setup and does not require ongoing support.
