Audio Visual Panel (Basic Funcons) Waking up the Panel If the Panel is dark, simply touch the screen to wake it up. Turning on the Projector Press the POWER buon to turn on the projector. Aſter a brief warm-up period, the projector will turn on. Turning off the Projector Press the buon on top right of the Panel. Press Shutdown to turn off the projector. Choosing the Display on the Projectors See instrucons for advanced funcons over the page. Press and hold the desired source and drag it onto Main Display. In this example the lectern PC is displaying. The lectern PC is the default display on the projector. Computer: Displays the lectern computer screen. Laptop VGA: Displays laptop screen plugged in with the supplied VGA cable. Apple TV: Allows you to present wirelessly from your apple device. Laptop HDMI: Displays laptop screen plugged in with the supplied HDMI cable. Document Camera: Displays the document camera. Wireless Presenter: Allows you to present wirelessly by connecng your portable device to the projector. These are the sources.

Audio Visual Panel (Basic Functions)

Waking up the Panel

If the Panel is dark, simply touch the screen to wake it up.

Turning on the Projector

Press the POWER button to turn on the projector. After a

brief warm-up period, the projector will turn on.

Turning off the Projector

Press the button on top right of the Panel.

Press Shutdown to turn off the projector.

Choosing the Display on the Projectors

See instructions for advanced functions over the page.

Press and hold the desired source and drag it

onto Main Display.

In this example the lectern PC is displaying.

The lectern PC is the default display on the projector.

Controlling the Volume:

Tap the Volume icon to show the volume levels of the

Lectern Microphone, Lapel Microphone and Source

Volume (audio playing from the selected source).

Adjust these by dragging the volume slider up or down.

Tap the Volume icon again to hide.

Monitoring Your iLecture:

The iLecture status is shown at the bottom left of the

panel. You can choose to Pause, Resume, or Extend

your recording by selecting each of the buttons.

Alternatively, check the colour of the iLecture status light, which displays red when recording.

Or double-click on the Monitor My iLecture icon on the computer desktop.

Camera Tracking:

The iLecture camera is set to track movement at the

front of the room. You can disable this tracking function

by selecting the camera icon and choosing

Disabled.

Adjusting the Room Lighting:

You can adjust the room lights to be more suitable for

your presentation by selecting All On, Presentation,

Spotlights, and All Off.

You can view these controls by tapping the lightbulb

icon.
