2. Put 2 legs on each circle to represent 19 chickens. (38 legs)
3. Add 2 legs to each circle one at a times to form pigs until a total of 60 legs is reached.
4. Count the number of pigs and chickens.
5. There are 11 pigs and 8 chickens.
