Aurorawarrantsallitsproductsagainstdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipprovidedtheproducthasbeenproperlycaredfor,installed,andoperatedintheapplicationforwhichtheproductwasdesigned.Aurorawarrantsitsproductsfor12monthsafterdateofinstallationor24monthsfromdateofshipping,whicheverexpiresfirst.THISWARRANTYSHALLbEINLIEUOFANYOTHERWARRANTYEXPRESSORIMPLIED,INCLUDING,bUTNOTLIMITEDTO,ANYIMPLIEDWARRANTYOFMERCHANTAbILITYORFITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSE.DefectiveproductsmustbetakentoanindependentrepairfacilityauthorizedbyAuroraforinspection.AnyandallrepairsmusthaveawrittenauthorizationbyAurorapriortosuchrepairs.Warrantyclaimsmustincludedateofinstallation,authorizedinspectionreport,costorrepair,andphotographsoffailure,AurorawillrepairorreplacethedefectiveproductatAurora’ssolediscretion.Aurorawillpaytransportationchargesonewayonly.ThecustomermustreturnthedefectiveproducttoAuroraatthecustomer’sownexpense.Auroraisnotresponsibleforremovalinstallation,oranyotherincidentalexpensesincurredinshippingtheproducttoorfromAurora.Auroraassumesnoresponsibilityforconsequentialorincidentaldamages,including,butnotlimitedto,personalinjury,orlaborcostarisingfromsuchproductfailureforanyreasonwhatsoever,nordoesitassumeresponsibilityforimproperstorageorhandling.
