TERMS & CONDITIONSRates quoted are per person, cruise-only in U.S. dollars on select sailings in a category 4 cabin. Port charges are an additional $225 per person. Gratuities of $10 per person, per day, are payable on the ship at the end of the cruise. Valid only for residents of the US, Canada or Latin America. Other restrictions may apply.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTA deposit of $400 per person is required when making your reservation. Final payment is required 90 days prior to departure. All payments may be made by either check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Only cashier’s check or credit card is accepted on bookings made within two weeks of sailing. Please make checks payable to Star Clippers Americas. All reservations are subject to cancellation if payments are not received by the due date.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDSFor full refund of cruise fare, notice of cancellation must be in writing and received by Star Clippers Americas no later than one-hundred twenty (120) days prior to sailing. If a cancellation occurs, the following charges will be assessed:119-75 days prior to departure = $400 per person74-60 days prior to departure = 50% of cruise fare59-30 days prior to departure = 75% of cruise fare29 days or less prior to departure = No refundRefunds will normally be made to the booking party. Star Clippers Americas can only be responsible for refunding amounts actually received. If cancellation fees are charged by air carriers, pre/post hotels or suppliers, they will be deducted from any refund made. Passengers who do not board the ship will only receive refunds of unused port charges, pre-paid tips and pre-paid onboard credits if applicable, all other monies will be retained by Star Clippers.
