National Headquarters Awards

The undergraduate soror who contributes $10 or more to the NHQ shall receive a National Headquarters Charm.

The undergraduate chapter that contributes $25 or more shall receive a Headquarters Certificate of Recognition.

The alumnae soror who contributes $50 to the National Headquarters shall receive a National Headquarters Charm.

The alumnae chapter that makes a contribution, over and above the required assessment to the Headquarters Fund, shall receive a Headquarters Certificate of Appreciation.

Pointers on Applying

After each community service or event, ask for a letter or certificate of appreciation.

Submit articles to local newspapers to promote activities and then keep clippings.

Pointers Continued

Letters of recommendation should specifically state that your chapter is being recommended for the award in question.

Label photos when submitting for evidence. Print a copy of the cover application for each award

submission. Read requirements for each award carefully and be sure

to include everything that is requested. Applications will not be accepted after 3/19/2010.
