    1. THE APPLICATION

    Bradley Austin (the applicant) made an application to Airservices Australia(Airservices) in his email dated 2 September 2012, seeking access under theprovisions of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act), to:

    1. list of radar sites locations

    2. list of vhf radio transmitter sites
