Babatunde (Tunde) Akinsola Jimoh

Tunde grew up in the Ijegun area of Lagos State in Nigeria, playing mostly street football until he joined Valiant FC when he was 13 years old. Tunde quickly became an integral part of the team, despite his young age.

With his style of play and oozing confidence, Tunde set the league ablaze in his first season, having fans and opponents alike rave at his abilities.

He was quickly scouted for the U17 trials in the summer of 2018 where he was selected in the start-ing XI after undergoing a grueling 1,000 man trial for several weeks.

A humble and respectful player, Tunde has his mind set to becoming one of the best talents Africa has ever produced. Always willing to learn and improve his weaknesses, Tunde is a very coachable young player who will leave his mark on football when his career is over.

Summary:

Tunde is a natural right winger who posses a sweet left foot that can do almost anything with the ball. With his combined skills of pace and quickness, Tunde was nicknamed 'Ejo' in his native Nigeria which means snake. A fine dribbler who likes to cut in from the flanks, Tunde also has the vision to see passing oppor-tunities and unlock opposing defenses. He is a free kick specialist, scoring most opportu-nities from around the penalty box, and can curl in corner kicks for goals. At just 16 years old, Tunde is one of Nigeria's hottest talents.
