A new arrival in the heating range : this option is adaptable to any type of saddle. The Cosy could be placed on the front and/or the rear in order to bring the rider an adjustable heat.

Installation advice :Work alone or with another person. Leave the original cover on your saddle.1/ For installation, use a pneumatic or electric stapler. Use staples no.6 to no.8 2/ Centre the front and rear of the cover first of all, then the 2 sides, following the elastic edges.3/ Stretch the cover well so that the elastic passes right under the saddle ; work the PVC to move the elastic under the seat. Never leave the elastic on the edge.4/ Staple the front centre and rear centre, near the elastic (not in the PVC)5/ Check that the cover is well stretched and that the elastic is correctly placed under the saddle.6/ Staple the 2 sides in the middle. Finish by going all the way around the saddle. Staple only on the elastic.

TANK BAGS

Installation advice : Start the fitting by the front hooks. Clip the rear into the fittings. For the first use (for the bags with adjustable front straps) adjust the tension of the front straps and fix in position. Respect the bike’s balance and place the heaviest items in the bottom of the bag. The bag of your choice should not obscure the clocks and dials.

SADDLE BAGS

Advice for use : The distance between the saddle bags and the exhaust bike must be at least 8 cm . We advice to insert a muffler pad between the bags and the pipe to reduce the heat transmitted to the bags and their contents. The fitting straps of the saddle bags can be affixed either under the seat or on the seat. Tighten well the straps and the fitting elastics.

TANK COVER

Installation advice for most of the vehicles :1/ Remove the seat, clean the tank and the inner side of the tank cover.2/ Start by passing the strap around the head stock avoiding pinching the cables.3/ Stretch the front and the rear under the saddle by adjusting the fuel tank cap on each side progressively, so that the tank cover exactly matches the shape of the fuel tank.4/ If needed, massage the material from the top towards the base.Check the tension in the straps regularly.

SEAT BAG SPIDER

1/ Place the hooks under the seat (2 at the left and 2 at the right obligatory and 2 optional to secure the kit).2/ Tighten the elastic under the seat and adapt it to the shapes of the bike.3/ Affix the seat on the bike, locate the position of the hooks above the fairing and place the protective stickers.4/ Place the bag by affixing first the 2 rear hooks and then the front hooks. Tighten the fitting system.5/ Secure the fitting of the bag, either by the optional hooks, or by the toe clips or the handle for the passenger.
