    Proses :

    Peyzaj mimar tarafndan hazrlanan bahe sulama projesine gre su ihtiyac, bahe sulama su deposukapasitesi ve yeri belirlenir. Su deposunun temini ve imalat/montaj peyzaj grubu veya inaat grubutarafndan yaplr. Su deposu betonarme, paslanmaz sac veya polietilen malzemeden imal edilebilir.

    Su deposu toprak altnda veya toprak stnde olabilir.

    Irrigation water requirement, water storage tank capacity and place shall be determined byirrigation Project which has been designed by landscape architect. Procurement,manufacture/installation of water storage tank shall be done by landscape group or civil group.Water storage tank may be made from concrete, stainless steel or polyethylene material. Waterstorage tank may be placed under ground or above ground.

    panosu, balant elemanlar vb. ile komple temin edilir. Hidroforun monte edilecei yerde bir kaideihtiyac varsa, bu kaide inaat grubu tarafndan yaplr. stenen kaidenin lleri, hidrofor montajndan nce inaat grubuna verilmelidir. Hidroforun monte edilecei yere elektrik beslemesiekilmesi, elektrik grubunun kapsamnda olacandan, hidrofor monte edilmeden nce, elektrikgrubuna hidroforun yeri ve elektrik beslemesi ihtiyac ile ilgili bilgi verilmelidir.

    Irrigation pump capacity shall be calculated by landscape architect. Pumps may be submersiblepump or booster pump set. In either case, pumps shall be procured with electrical panel,connection parts etc. If there is a base requirement for pump, it shall be made by civil group.Required base dimensions shall be given to civil group before the pump installation. Informationabout place and power supply of pump shall be given to electrical group before the pumpinstallation because of power supply is in scope of electrical group.

    Sistemin arza riskini azaltmak iin filtrasyon sistemi kurulabilir. Filtrasyon iin disk ve elek filtreler,hidrosiklonlar ve kum filtreleri kullanlr. Sulama sisteminde kullanlacak suyun kalitesi kt ise, tmbu filtrelerin bir arada kullanlmas gerekebilir. Bu tip durumlarda, otomatik filtre sistemi kullanmakiletmeyi kolaylatracaktr. Pompa kna kurulacak filtrasyon sisteminde 100 -120 micron aplarseilebilir.

    Filter process may be considered for to reduce the fault risk. Disc and sieve filters, hydrocyclonsand sand filters may be used for filtering. If irrigation water quality is not enough, all these filtersmay be used. In this case, using of automatic filter system shall make easy the operation. 100-120micron diameters may be selected for filtration system which has been installed the discharge sideof pump.

Normal artlarda borulamamekanik grup kapsamnda olmasa da, iveren ve/veya peyzaj grubunun talebi dorultusunda bellinoktalara boru hatlar ekilebilir. Hatlar toprak altnda olacandan trench yapm ii nemlidir.Tren ch yapm, genellikle inaat grubunun kapsamndadr. Ancak, trench yapm srasnda, mekanikmhendisi , inaat grubuna mutlaka spervizyon salamaldr. letme aamasnda skntyaanmamas iin trench iindeki yataklamaya, ilk doldurmaya ve final doldur maya azami zengsterilmelidir.

    Polyethylene pipes shall be used for irrigation system unless the landscape architect askedotherwise. Main supply lines shall be HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) pipes, secondary supply

    lines shall be LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) pipes. Piping is not in scope of mechanical group butpipeline may be installed to specific places according to client and/or landscape architect request.Trench excavation and filling shall be important because of pipeline will be under ground. Trenchexcavation and filling shall be in scope of civil group but during the excavation and filling process,mechanical engineer has to be in site for supervision. Bedding, initial filling and final filling shall be

    important for untroubled irrigation process.

    Toprak alt HDPE borular genellikle elektrofzyon kaynak yntemi ile birletirilir. Bu yntemdekaynak, manon ksmndaki stma rezistanslar ile yaplr. Manon iine borular yerletirildikten sonrakaynak makinesinin ular, manonun delik ierisindeki rezistans ularna balanarak, rezistanslarakm ile stlr. Rezistanslarn snmas sonucu, manonun et kalnlnn, borunun et kalnlndanfazla olmasndan dolay, boru cidarnn ss, manon cidarnn ssndan daha yksek olur. Bu s farkndan dolay boru ierisinde basn oluur. Boru zerindeki basn ile boru ierisinde oluan basnsayesinde kaynak ilemi gerekleir.

    Underground HDPE pipes are usually connected by electro fusion welding method. In this method,

    welding is done by heating resistances which are located on sleeve coupling side. Weldingmachines tips are connected to resistance tips after the pipes are located into sleeve coupling.Resistances are heated by flux. Sleeve coupling wall thickness is became more than the pipe wallthickness and pipe wall temperature is became more than the sleeve coupling wall because of theresistance temperature is increased. Pressure is consisted inside the pipe as a result of thistemperature difference. Welding process is accomplished by pressure which is outside of pipe andpressure which is inside of pipe.

    Bunun dnda aln kaynak (butt welding), soket fzyon kaynak (socket fusion welding), ekstrzyonkaynak ke kaynak (extrusion welding edge welding) gibi kaynak yntemler i ve flanlbirletirme, kaplin adaptrl birletirme gibi birletirme yntemleri de vardr.

    Also butt welding, socket fusion welding, extrusion welding (edge welding), flanged joining andcouplings can be used for joining of pipes.
