Band1 BAW Duplexer Description YTLD1950A is a high performance duplexer designed for base station applications in Band1 (1920~1980 MHz UL, 2110~2170 MHz DL). YTLD1950A is designed with ROFS’s MEMS BAW technology, which provides high-Q resonator. Therefore provides low insertion loss and low return loss to decrease loss at DL passband. Meanwhile has high out-of-band attenuation to assure high sensitivity at UL passband. YTLD1950A uses chip scale packaging (CSP) technology to assembly the filters into a molded chip-on-board module with the footprint of 2.5mm x 2.0mm and height of 0.81mm. Description YTLD1950A is a high performance duplexer
