As part of its commitment to customer experience, Banorte partnered with PayKey and launched its banking keyboard, Banorte Go, in Oct. 2018.

The project’s goal was to create a new digital banking experience that meets both customer preference and the bank’s need for differentiation and expansion.

Banorte’s keyboard offers four financial services, made instantly accessed from within ANY social app, without disrupting users’ flow.In addition, it enables the bank to place a highly visible, customized promotional message.
