 II. Fund Raising

  Election of Representative per Group

  A piggy bank will be given to each group and the remittance of the savings for fund to

the treasure will be during the meeting of the officers and the representatives.

 III. Centralization

  Unity of the Batch

  Create Face Book Group Account with the name “ASMSI Batch 2012” 

 IV. Use of ASMSI and SMS Logo

  Proper use the logo

  Use of logo in nonsense purposes is strictly prohibited

V. Masses and Confession

  Confession starts at 3:00 PM followed by the mass at 4:00 PM (Saturday and Sunday at

the Memo Chapel)  The VOP esplanade is gladly open to graduate and non-graduate of the school for visiting

and praying purposes

VI. Other Concern

  The batch wants to open a bank account for the transparency of the fund to every member

(this is to be discuss further on the nest batch meeting)
