Sean has more than 20 years’ experience consulting to a broad range of business owners, industries and scale of operations from start up’s to established national brands names.

Sean has coached and mentored businesses owners and senior executives in Australia and internationally, advising on strategy and business development. His expertise includes business model redesign, business planning for growth, effective marketing and sales execution, mergers and acquisitions and dealing with the very complex issues of succession planning, sale and other exits.

He has assisted clients transfer $150 million of business assets between generations and has also advised on the sale or acquisition of businesses assets valued in excess of $75 million.

Sean is passionate about nurturing the self confidence, leadership and business skills of the business owners and executives he advisers. He aims for a truly interdependent partnership that’s focused on the personal and professional development of his clients.

Our client had two goals. First, to develop the business ensuring a higher standards of production and profitability. Second, to diversify into non core sources of income as part of succession planning. The accompany graphic shows the financial impacts. Whilst maintaining the overheads and direct costs around the same level they effectively double their gross margin rate of return, almost doubled their revenue and reduced their finance costs.In addition the business rolled out a business succession plan providing economic security for the younger and financial freedom for the older generation.
