NETFLIX PARTIES
Design the next Intramural Championt-shirt. Send your design [email protected] . The CampusRec department will decide the winner. Winner receives recognition and a freet-shirt!
Join fellow quarantined runners for a 5k, 10k,or half marathon. Sign up, sign a waiver, andsend proof of time to Campus Rec Coordinator,
Andy Nelson ([email protected]). Winners(top 3 in Men's and Women's division) will
receive an Intramural t-shirt and medal whenwe return to campus. You can do the race on
your own schedule and course. All miles must becompleted in the same week.
You can use any bike,including stationary bikes. Sign up, a waiver, andsubmit your proof of ride toAndy Nelson, CampusRecreation Coordinator([email protected]). Top 3 placed in Men's andWomen's devision willreceive an IntramuralChampion t-shirt andmedal. All bike miles mustbe completed during thesame week.
