About Your MembershipAs a member of Signature's Nationwide Auto Club, you areentitled to all services and benefits described in this handbookimmediately upon receipt of your membership card and/ormembership materials.
l Benefits are available to you and a second householdmember (if applicable), living at the same address with avalid driver’s license.
l Membership benefits and dues are subject to change, uponmembership renewal.
l Future dues will be charged at the then applicable rate.Membership is continuous and will be automaticallyrenewed annually with the membership fee being billedautomatically on your credit card or invoiced to youraddress, depending upon the payment method selected.
l Services and benefits of the Auto Club are only available inthe U. S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, and for incidentsthat occur while your membership is in force.
l Your membership begins on the day your membership kitis mailed by the Auto Club. All road and towing services areon a reimbursable basis until member dues have been paid.
l Remember, coverage is on the individual member – not thevehicle. You are covered in any car you drive as long as thetype of vehicle is covered as explained within thishandbook. Membership benefits do not covernon-members who drive your car.

Membership Cards
Personalized membership ID card(s) for you and a secondaryhousehold member, if applicable, are included with yourmembership kit. You need your membership number to access
roadside services and other benefits.
Claim Policy
To maintain a high standard of service with fair and reasonabledues for all members, roadside assistance is limited to three (3)paid claims per membership year. Memberships includingassociate members (three or more total members) are limited tofive (5) paid claims per membership year. These services includejump start, flat tire change, fuel delivery, winching (removing astuck vehicle), towing, lockout, lost key service, and claimreimbursement. Signature's Nationwide Auto Club will notifyyou if the limit is reached.
If you exceed the annual claims limit and additional roadsideassistance is needed during a membership year, the Auto Clubwill continue to dispatch service on a “cash call” basis for yourdisabled vehicle. You must pay any resulting service charges atthe time service is rendered, and these charges are notreimbursable. The number of service claims for yourmembership will be reset to zero upon each anniversary of yourmembership enrollment.
Cancellation of Membership
Signature's Nationwide Auto Club will not cancel yourmembership without giving you prior written notice. You maycancel at any time and receive a prorated refund of any unusedmembership dues calculated from the cancellation date. Thecancellation of a membership automatically cancels themembership of all other household members.
Failure to repay the Auto Club for any money advanced on yourbehalf is cause for cancellation. The Auto Club reserves the rightto deduct any amount owed to Signature's Nationwide Auto Clubfrom any refund due to you upon cancellation, where permittedby law.
The Auto Club may elect to not renew your membership for anyreason by providing written notice 60 days prior to renewal date.

The Auto Club may terminate your membership for fraudulentuse of services with a minimum of 30 days written notice.
How the Club Works
Roadside Assistance
Signature's Nationwide Auto Club provides emergencyroadside assistance through a network of independent serviceproviders authorized by the Auto Club to perform road andtowing service for Auto Club members. They are locatedthroughout the U. S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Important: Since our authorized service providers areindependent contractors and are not agents or employees ofthe Auto Club, we assume no liability for any damage to amember’s vehicle resulting from the rendering of service or forpersonal items left in the vehicle. Any claims for damage to theproperty or person of a member must be filed against theservicing facility. The Auto Club cannot guarantee repairs, thehours of operation of repair facilities, the promptness ofrepairs, or provide more than one service call per breakdown. Itis the member’s responsibility to arrange for repairs with theservice facility.
Types of Vehicles Covered
The Auto Club offers full road and towing services to vehiclesdesigned, licensed, and used for private on-road transportation,including passenger vehicles, motorcycles, four-wheeled sportutility vehicles, light trucks, and RVs with a carrying capacity ofup to 2,000 pounds. Only jump start and fuel delivery servicescan be provided for dual-wheeled vehicles and for recreationalvehicles and pickup trucks with more than 2,000 poundscarrying capacity.
Special Equipment
Roadside Assistance coverage includes one normally equippedservice vehicle, one driver, and one service call perdisablement, up to a maximum cost of $130. Any costs foradditional personnel or special equipment are not covered, areat the member’s expense, and are not reimbursable.

Extreme Weather
Roadside assistance is designed to render prompt andcourteous service. Emergency situations where the motorist isstranded take priority over a disablement where the motorist isin the comfort of a home or office. We ask for your patienceand understanding when weather or road conditions areextremely bad. If you are unable to obtain service calling1-800-323-5880, then follow the procedures in the If We CannotProvide Service section of How to Obtain Service.
Roadside Assistance IncludesTowing
The service provider will tow your car if it cannot be started ordriven without causing damage. Towing will be limited to 100miles from the point of disablement at no additional charge.Any expenses incurred beyond the 100 mile limit will be yourresponsibility, payable directly to the service provider at thetime of service, and are not reimbursable. Service is limited toone tow or service call per disablement.
Winching
If your vehicle is stuck in mud, sand, snow, or a ditch, and isaccessible from a normally traveled roadway, it will beextricated or winched. Winching is limited to one operator/onetruck for 30 minutes. Any additional expenses will be yourresponsibility, payable directly to the service provider at thetime of service, and are not reimbursable.
Fuel Delivery
If you run out of gas, the service provider will deliver anemergency supply of gasoline/diesel fuel of 2 gallons free ofcharge or tow your vehicle to the nearest gasoline outlet,subject to towing options.
Flat Tire Change
The service provider will change a flat tire with your inflatedspare tire. If, for any reason, your spare is not usable, the lugnuts cannot be removed, or your vehicle has multiple flat tires,towing will be provided in accordance with the towingprovisions. Costs for tire repair, installing a new tire on the

wheel, or a second service call to return a tire to the disabledvehicle are not covered.
Jump Start
The service provider will provide a battery jump start or towyour vehicle if your vehicle won’t start due to a dead or weakbattery.
Roadside Assistance Does Not Include
The purpose of roadside assistance is to provide service incommon emergency situations. Coverage does not include:
l Service if member is not with the disabled vehicle. However,do not remain with the vehicle if it is unsafe to do so.
l Towing or service while at an auto repair shop or servicestation, to another location.
l Towing or service on roads not regularly maintained(including private property).
l Repeated service calls for a car in need of routinemaintenance.
l More than one (1) tow per disablement.
l Service when a vehicle is snowbound. Service providers willnot hoist, winch or shovel vehicles from unplowed areas,snow banks, snowbound driveways or curbside parking.
l Service will not be rendered in areas not regularly traveled,such as vacant lots, beaches, off-road recreation areas, openfields or other places that would be hazardous for servicevehicles to reach.
l Installation or removal of snow tires and chains;dismounting, repairing or rotating tires.
l Vehicle storage charges, cost of parts and installation,products, materials, impounding and additional laborrelating to towing.
l Service for taxicabs, tractors, boats, trailers, recreationalvehicles and trucks, dune buggies, vehicles used forcompetition, stolen vehicles, unlicensed vehicles, illegallyparked cars or impounded vehicles.

l Service to vehicles with expired safety inspection sticker,license plate sticker, and/or emission sticker, where requiredby law.
l Service to a vehicle that is not in a safe condition to betowed.
l Transportation for the member to the vehicle for service orfrom the vehicle to another destination after service hasbeen rendered.
l Charging a weak or dead battery.
l Delivery or repair of tires.
l Towing of vehicle off a boat dock or marina.
l Service of any kind on vehicles used for commercialpurposes or using dealer tags.
l Towing at the direction of a law enforcement officer relatedto traffic obstruction, impoundment, abandonment, illegalparking or other violations of law.
l Reimbursement for towing charges covered by automobileinsurance.
l Towing of vehicles for disposal (i.e., to junkyard).
How to Obtain Service
Call 1-800-323-5880 when you need emergency roadsideassistance in the U.S., Canada, or Puerto Rico, 24 hours a day/7days a week.
Provide the following information when you call:
l Membership number.
l Member verification (name and address).
l Location of disabled vehicle (town, state, street address,and/or closest intersection).
l Description of disabled vehicle (year, make, model, color).
l License plate number and state.
l Type of service needed (tow, flat tire, jump start, etc.).

We will contact our service provider and dispatch service toyou while you are on the phone. We will also tell you who willbe coming and the estimated time of arrival.
When the Service Provider Arrives
l Be with your vehicle. An unattended vehicle cannot beserviced. If you cannot remain with the vehicle for safetyreasons, tell the dispatch operator, and an attempt toprovide service will be made.
l Present your membership card and driver’s license to theservice provider.
l After service is complete, verify the information on the callslip provided by the service provider, and sign it (ifapplicable). The Auto Club will pay the service facilitydirectly for any covered dispatch charges. You will beresponsible for paying the service facility directly for anycharges not covered.
Please cancel your request for service immediately if itis no longer needed by calling us back at1-800-323-5880.
If We Cannot Provide Service
l An authorization number will be provided. Theauthorization number is required to be eligible forreimbursement of covered expenses.
l Call any service facility
l After service is completed, pay for the service and obtain areceipt from the provider. The receipt should include theprovider’s name, address, telephone number, date and typeof service rendered.
l Write your name, address, 13-digit authorization numberand Auto Club membership number on the original receipt.
l Mail the original receipt, within 60 days*, to:

l Keep a copy of the receipt for your records, as we cannotreturn original documents due to auditing requirements.
Claims submitted with incomplete information or without theoriginal receipt will be returned for resubmission.
Your claim will be reimbursed up to a maximum limit of $130per disablement.
* Claims postmarked more than 60 days after the date of the service will not behonored. No time restrictions apply for residents of UT and WI.
Reimbursement Policy
Signature's Nationwide Auto Club reserves the right to adjustor deny a claim when the:
l Amount paid has exceeded the maximum limit.
l Service rendered is not during the term of activemembership.
l Amount paid contains either parkway or toll-way charges.
l Service rendered is not included under the Auto Clubcoverage.
l Number of claims has exceeded the annual limit.
l State and local taxes are not covered.
Lockout ServiceArrangements for locksmith service will be made if you lockyour keys in the car or lose your keys. If service in your area isunavailable, we will issue you an authorization number so thatyou can call the nearest locksmith and be reimbursed up to$150.
Please note: The cost of making replacement keys or of lockrepair is not covered.
Arrest BondAn Arrest Bond Certificate up to $1,000* is on the reverse sideof your membership card, which, in most cases, can be usedinstead of your driver’s license or posting a cash bond if youcommit an ordinary moving traffic violation.

You are liable for any loss due to bond forfeiture and you mustimmediately reimburse the Auto Club for the full amount.Failure to repay the Auto Club any bond amount forfeited iscause for cancellation. The Auto Club reserves the right todeduct any amount owed to the Auto Club from any refund dueto you as a result of cancellation of your membership. Legalaction will be pursued where permitted by law to recover anymoney advanced and not promptly repaid. State restrictionsmay apply.**
The Arrest Bond Certificate does not cover arrest for drivingunder the influence of alcohol or narcotics, driving without avalid driver’s license, felony violations, appeal bonds,appearance bonds, or arrests made pursuant to any warrant.
* Benefit reimbursements are covered by contractual liability policies issued tothe Auto Club.
** Not Accepted in CA, CO, KS, LA, NJ, TX, and WA. Limited to $160 single and$500 multiple in IL; $200 in AR, IA, ID, KY, MI, MS, NE, NM, OH, PA, WI: $300 inAL, AZ; and $500 in CT, MA, OK, WV.
Legal Defense ReimbursementIf you are charged with a traffic offense while you are amember and wish to defend the charge in court, you will bereimbursed for legal fees up to a maximum of $1,000* basedon the schedule below. ** This applies even if the autoinvolved isn't your own, provided you had permission to driveit at the time of the violation. You will receive onereimbursement payment for all charges arising out of the sameoccurrence, based on the following schedule. In the case of anoccurrence with multiple violations, you will receive onepayment based on the violation paying the highest amount.
Violation Defense Appeal Total
Reckless Driving (including $170 $150 $320similar offenses, such asnegligent collision, speedingor driving under the influenceof alcohol, drugs or othercontrolled substances).

Manslaughter $600 $400 $1,000
Other Motor Vehicle Law $75 $75 $150Violations (including allother moving violations).
How to Obtain Reimbursement
Please file your claim within 60 days*** after your trial. If youappeal the decision, please submit the claim within 60 days***after your appeal. Send a copy of the arrest citation, your trialdocket number, and a paid receipt for the attorney's fee on theattorney letterhead.
No benefits are payable until after you have first paid the legaldefense expenses incurred and unless you have furnished theAuto Club with the paid receipt. The receipt must contain thefollowing information:
l Date and location of commission of alleged violation.
l Date and location of the court action.
l Description of the charges.

The Auto Club will prepare and forward all documents to theinsurer after certifying that the person making the claim isqualified to receive this benefit. The Auto Club has the option toadvance claim payment on behalf of the insurer and seekreimbursement.
No Reimbursement Will Be Made For
l Legal defense for parking tickets.
l Legal defense expenses incurred by a qualified memberprior to the effective date of membership in the Auto Club.You must be a member at the time of violation.
l Legal defense expenses of other persons that were assumedby the qualified member.

l Legal defense expenses arising out of a type of legal defenseother than those listed in the schedule of fees.
l Legal defense expenses incurred as a result of any violationwhile the automobile is being used in the commission of acrime other than those crimes specified in your state'sVehicle Code in connection with the use or ownership ofautomobiles.
l Legal defense covers only violations related to your legalprivileges to operate or own your vehicle.
* Benefit reimbursements are covered by contractual liability policies issued to the Auto Club. ** Benefit not available to residents of NY by law. *** No time restrictions apply for residents of UT and WI.
Legal Action against Uninsured MotoristIf you or a secondary member are injured or the car you aredriving is damaged by a motorist without liability insurance,the Auto Club will reimburse you up to $1,000* in attorney feesfor legal action against the uninsured motorist.**
How to Obtain Reimbursement
l Obtain an itemized, paid receipt for the attorney feesdetailing the legal action taken.
l Send a copy of the police accident report, a policy orinsurance document showing that the other motorist didnot have liability insurance, and the paid, itemizedoriginal receipt (not a photocopy or an unpaid bill) forthe attorney fees, within 60 days*** to:

New Car Warranty EnforcementThe Signature's Nationwide Auto Club will reimburse you up to$1,000* for attorney fees if you take legal action to enforce avalid, written new car warranty.**
How to Obtain Reimbursement:
l Obtain an itemized, paid receipt for the attorney fees, whichdetails the legal action taken.
l Send copies of your valid warranty, and a mechanic’s repairestimate or paid itemized receipt, and original itemizedreceipt for attorney fees within 60 days*** to:

Ambulance Service ReimbursementUp to $100 will be reimbursed for ambulance expenses you payif you require an ambulance as the result of a motor vehicleaccident and you were driving when the accident occurred.*Coverage does not include reimbursement of ambulanceservice other than for accidents involving motor vehicles.
How to Obtain Reimbursement:
l Obtain an itemized receipt from the ambulance service.
l Send the original paid receipt (not a photocopy) and a copyof the accident report filed with the police or your insurancecompany, within 60 days** of the accident to:

Auto Theft RewardA reward will be paid totaling $10,000 to a private citizen forproviding information to the police that leads to the arrest andconviction of anyone stealing your car. If more than one personqualifies to receive the reward, it will be divided andapportioned equally. The total reward will not exceed $10,000.
Auto-Hit and Run RewardA reward will be paid totaling $10,000 to a private citizen forproviding information that leads to the arrest and conviction ofa hit-and-run driver causing the death of a member. A rewardwill be paid totaling $1,000 for information leading to the arrestand conviction in non-fatal hit-and-run accidents or for damageto a vehicle owned by a member.
How to Obtain Reward
Submit copies of the following:
l Police report stating that a car owned by a member wasstolen or damaged by a hit-and-run driver or a member waskilled or injured by a hit-and-run driver. The report mustinclude the name of the person who provided theinformation that led to the arrest, and it must describe thenature of the accident.
l Final court transcript showing that the thief or hit-and-rundriver was convicted and the person claiming the rewardprovided the information leading to the conviction.

The member whose car was damaged, the member’s family, orlaw enforcement officials or their families cannot claim thereward.

Simply call 1-800-323-2002 toll-free and provide your travelcounselor with a major credit card account number to make

your reservation. Travel Services is available 24 hours a day, 7days a week.
Emergency Travel Reservation Assistance
Call 1-800-323-2002 if a flight booked through Travel Services iscanceled at the last minute, or if you experience a similarreservation-related emergency. Specially trained associates willassist you.

l Your customized itinerary will also include any importantrules or restrictions.
l Call 21 days or more in advance to receive the lowestpricing and discounts available.
l Most airline tickets can be issued electronically andboarding passes can be picked up at the airport, unlessotherwise requested. If you prefer a paper ticket mailed toyour home, an express mail fee may apply.
l Rules and restrictions for change or cancellation to yourreservations may apply. Travel counselors will advise youof rules, restrictions, and penalty information at the time ofpurchase. Emergency Travel Expense*If a vehicle you are driving becomes disabled because of acollision, or mechanical failure**, and is completely disabledmore than 100 miles from home, we will reimburse you up to amaximum of $750 per occurrence ($1,500 maximum permembership year) for expenses incurred within 72 hours of theincident for any combination of the following:
l Car rental or commercial transportation (including airline,bus, or train fare) from the accident location to your homeor destination and then back to pick up the repaired vehicle.

l Lodging expenses while your car is being repaired.
l Ambulance charges.
How to Obtain Reimbursement:
l File an accident report with the local or state police.
l Mail the accident report and original itemized bills,including original detailed repair bills for mechanicalfailure, within 60 days,*** to:

Expenses not eligible for reimbursement include, but are notlimited to: medical expenses, gasoline, meals, tips, phone orfax charges, pay per view movies, parking fees, alcoholicbeverages, dry cleaning, and hotel amenities.
* Benefit reimbursements are covered by contractual liability policies issued to the Auto Club. By law, this benefit is not available to TX residents enrolled after 12/31/97. **"Mechanical failure” refers to that condition, not caused by a collision, when your vehicle cannot be started or driven without causing damage or presents a safety risk to the driver, and towing is required.*** Claims postmarked more than 60 days after the date of the accident will not be honored. No time restriction applies for residents of UT and WI.
Lost Key Return Service
Personalized key tags that fit right on your key chain canimprove the chances of lost keys being returned to you. Uponreceiving your request, we’ll register your return informationwith the special number on the back of the Registered Key Tag.
If someone finds your keys, he or she can just drop them intoany mailbox. The keys will be returned to the Auto Club, andwe, in turn, will send them on to you, postage paid.
None of your personal information is printed on the key tag,and we will not divulge this information to anyone – not evenyou. Your name and address are safe from the finder of yourkeys.
