“I Love You” is not an open invitation to subjugate who I am to someone else. . .

. . . it means I am person enough to care about and for you. . .

. . . without denying: My boundaries; My mental healthy; or Who I am.


I Love You…



“I Love You” expresses my commitment to allowing you to be who you are while navigating healthy boundaries.


I Love You…



We are two different individuals. While we can’t read each other’s minds, we do know one another’s hearts.

I Recognize that . . .




To communicating our concerns with compassionate understanding . . .

As Long as We are Committed . . .
