Hello everyone and welcome to the first newsletter for Term 3!

What interesting times we find ourselves in again! We hopeyou and your families have settled back into this learningexperience with positivity and enthusiasm; as we have. Thestaff have been working extremely hard to support all studentsin this period of remote and flexible learning.

There are many challenges that present during these times. Wehope you are all managing to maintain a focus on yourwellbeing. As a school, we continue to make this a focus for allof our students. Keeping a healthy lifestyle with considerationsto exercise, diet and sleep are important during this time.

As we’ve said many times over recent months, we will getthrough this together and your child’s success in life will notbe determined by the number of activities completed but moreso by their attitude, resilience, flexibility and personal growthduring this experience. Their learning progress will fluctuate(as always) but inevitably the praise of effort, the supportprovided, the opportunity to connect, listen and share in dailyopportunities will be most significant.

We do understand that at times it can be difficult to motivateand engage our children each day at home. Therefore, if yourchild is having trouble with the home learning experience,please let your class teacher know but please also maintain afocus on the effort and just doing your best.
