TEST EQUIPMENT BOOKING IN / OUT PROCEDURE

When you have identified the equipment you require, complete the associated

T-Card with your Name / Date / Site and move to the out-rack.

When you have finished with the equipment return it to the store promptly,

ensure that it is located in the correct place and that the T-Card is moved to

the in-rack.

• Your co-operation with this is vital so that the location of equipment is

known at all times and your colleagues can contact you to arrange to

use the equipment at a mutually convenient time.

• If equipment is transferred between users without going back into the

stores please get someone to update the T-Card accordingly.

• The entries on the T-Card will help to assess the frequency of use of

the equipment so if the cards arenʼt completed you may find equipment

withdrawn in error in the belief that it isnʼt required.

made for the unit to be repaired or replaced
