Failure to reportsuspected violations may also lead to disciplinary action.

Open & Honest or anonymous reports

A multi-lingual interview specialist, employed by an external vendor, will answeryour call. All pertinent inormation is gathered and documented on an incidentreport, which is sent to the Ethics Oce. Please note that although you may remainanonymous when voicing a concern, providing your name or other identiyinginormation may help resolve the issue.

Web Reporting

 You have the option to submit your complaint via the web site o our third partyvendor. Just like a phone call to Open and Honest, your report is received directlyby the vendor and orwarded to the Best Buy Ethics Oce. The only sel identiyinginormation in this report is that which you choose to include. The contact inormationis ound on the resources page in the back o this Code.

a. No. These tasks are considered a part o your job and should be doneduring regular work hours unless otherwise agreed upon with your manager.

Because reviewing your mail and e-mail are part o your job, you must be paid ortime spent perorming such work-related tasks (whether at work or home). Eventhough employees may sometimes be required to work overtime, managementmust approve all overtime hours.
