Open & Honest or anonymous reports
A multi-lingual interview specialist, employed by an external vendor, will answeryour call. All pertinent inormation is gathered and documented on an incidentreport, which is sent to the Ethics Oce. Please note that although you may remainanonymous when voicing a concern, providing your name or other identiyinginormation may help resolve the issue.
Web Reporting
You have the option to submit your complaint via the web site o our third partyvendor. Just like a phone call to Open and Honest, your report is received directlyby the vendor and orwarded to the Best Buy Ethics Oce. As a global enterprise, we abide by each country’s anti-bribery and anti-corruptionlaws.
