Apple Crumble Cocktail• 35ml/1¼fl oz Macallan Gold• 1 tbsp apple liqueur• 2 tsp lemon juice• pinch mixed spice• 1 tbsp Bramley apple sauce• dash sugar syrup

• 1 tsp bramley apple sauce• 1 digestive biscuit, crushed

• Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard.• Strain the cocktail into a tumbler filled with crushed ice and garnish with a

teaspoon of apple sauce and a sprinkling of the biscuit.

Old Fashioned Whisky Cocktail

• 1 sugar cube• 1 strip orange peel• 2 dashes Angostura bitters• 50ml/2fl oz Bourbon whisky• twist of lemon peel and maraschino cherry,

to garnish

• Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard.

• Strain the cocktail into a whiskey tumbler filled with ice and garnish with a lemon twist and a maraschino cherry.

Yellow Jacket

• 2 tsp lemon curd• 2 dashes angostura bitters• 1 tbsp fresh lime• 1 tsp vanilla syrup• 1 tbsp white cacao• 35ml/1fl oz whisky

• Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard.

• Strain the cocktail into a martini glass and garnish with nutmeg.

• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice• 1 tsp sugar syrup• 25ml/1fl oz blended Scotch whisky• 25ml/1fl oz green apple liqueur• splash champagne• twist orange, for garnish

• 1 free-range egg white• 50ml/2fl oz bourbon• 25ml/1fl oz fresh lemon juice• 2 tsp sugar syrup• splash ruby port

• Place all the ingredients except the ruby port into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard.

• Strain the cocktail into a tumbler over ice.• Pour the ruby port carefully on top, so that it floats. Garnish with a

slice of orange and a fresh cherry.
