Blanking lines from KDM are used for car manufacturing like sheet metal and car body parts by inserting coil
into press automatically. Our lines automatically manufacture at a time from coil to the blank stack: inserting
materials according to mold types, adjusting product length and width, and stacking sheets.
By applying speed synchronous control system with press, a stable operation is possible.
Moreover, blanking lines from KDM are proved to offer high precision by using AC vector and servo motor.
In order to expand service life, the lines are equipped with safety equipment and control systems devised
for high speed. Furthermore, the lines from KDM can produce varied shapes of sheets with oscillating shear.
Coil lines consist of a series of equipment for blanking, slitting, and shearing cold rolled and hot rolled coils to meet
various customer needs.

Slitter lines from KDM are equipment for continuous slitting and side trimming. Cutting is executed by DRIVE
CUT / FULL CUT. Our lines are suitable for high quality products because tensions in each part are
continuously maintained and controlled in a process. Slitter lines from KDM are possible to construct
hydraulic expansion type lines. Also the lines are designed to reduce scratches by using belt bridle.
A long service life and reduction of noise level can be realized due to its design that prevents knife movement.

Rotary shear lines from KDM are major equipment for coil cutting process. Our lines are composed of upper
and lower knives in accordance with crank method. The shears can continuously cut and stack steel sheets
by using servo motor at a maximum speed of 100m per a minute. Also rotary shear lines from KDM can
offer high quality steel sheets within ±0.2mm of error range. It is possible to select the 4-Hi / 6-Hi levellers
according to the types of steel sheets. Moreover, the shears are designed to shorten knife replacement
time. It is possible to minimize cutting chips and obtain flat cutting surface.
