    Leopards

    The leopard belongs to the cat family. It lives in bushes and forests.

    The leopard has short legs with a long body and a large round head.

    It has yellow or brown fur with dark spots on it.

    A leopards tail is almost as long as its body.

    A leopard usually hunts at night. It can run very fast. It can also

    swim very well. The leopard is a very good climber. It often rests on

    and fish. A baby leopard is called a cub.
