Les Eric Johnson, Sr. Technical Advisor Mr. Johnson has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in all aspects of the development, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, logistic and financials of biologics, cellular therapies, drugs and devices. Mr. Johnson has a broad range of experience has held senior (up to VP and Plant Manager) positions in Development, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations at such companies as Bayer, Baxter and Cambrex/Lonza. Mr. Johnson has headed the products divisions for three cellular products companies: Progenitor Cell Therapies, Prima BioMed and Celsis. Mr. Johnson was the Senior Consultant for Biologics/CMC/Operations at

Salamandra and Senior Consultant for Technology and Operations at Biologics Consulting Group. He has performed interim executive roles and provided world-wide regulatory, quality, manufacturing, project management, corporate operations, and commercialization assistance to such clients as The Gates Foundation (PATH), Prima BioMed, Virxsys, Merck, GSK, LG Bio, Unither Vaccines, Omnia, Dipexium, Astellas, and Serum Institute of India. His current senior position at RRD International and our subsidiary, ClearPath Corporation, takes advantage of his experiences and his ability to identify new opportunities and to forge solid and successful relationships with our partners.
