BIOENZYME CLEANER/MAINTAINERBreaks down and removes organic matter

Natural bio-enzymatic action breaks down organic materials in drains, grease traps and sump pits to keep them open and odor free. Eliminates odors such as uric acid in bathrooms, and controls odors in dumpsters, floors and other areas where organic soils and odors are a problem. Non-staining formula spots and eliminates odors in carpets and laundry. Non-acid formula, no harsh chemicals.

DIRECTIONS Read entire label and SDS for proper use, handling and storage before using this product. Drain/sump/septic maintenance: Apply at time of low to no flow. Repeat application on 2-3 consecutive days. Repeat procedure as needed. Can be used manually or with automatic drain pumps.

• Drain maintaining: Add 2-4 oz. per drain• Sumps/traps/septics: Add 4-8 oz. per 25 gallon capacity

Odor control: Remove gross soil before using. Bioenzyme Cleaner/Maintainer can be used at full strength on walls and around urinals, bowls and other problem areas. Apply with trigger sprayer or mop. Do not rinse.

Floor cleaning / deodorizing: Dilute Bioenzyme Cleaner/Maintainer 1:10 (12 oz./gal. warm water) up to 1:64 (2 oz./gal. warm water) and apply with trigger sprayer, cloth or mop.

Carpet spot / stain / odor removal: Remove gross soils and pre-wet the area with warm water. Test for color fastness in an inconspicuous area before using. Liberally apply Bioenzyme Cleaner/Maintainer directly to the spot/stain, gently rubbing into area of spot/stain. Blot to remove excess solution. This product can be used on consecutive days for maximum residual effectiveness.

Note: Do not use Bioenzyme Cleaner/Maintainer with disinfectants, bleach or other drain opening products as they will reduce the effectiveness of the
