THE LOXAHATCHEE CLUB, Jupiter, Florida 2004-2005 Membership Executive Hired to turn around falling membership in very exclusive private club. Tasked to, within a 2-year period, fill membership and establish bone fide wait- list. At the time, there were 14 members on resignation list and only 2 clubs in Entire County with wait-list to membership. Within 11 months of hire, erased resignation list, established wait-list to membership and raised joining fees from $135,000 to $150,000. HAMILTON FARM GOLF CLUB, Gladstone, NJ TOWNSEND CAPITAL, Towson, Maryland Executive Director/GM & Executive Committee Member/Investor 1998-2004 Arguably, the most preeminent new exclusive club on East Coast at that time, with 36 holes of golf- championship course and only rated par three course in the world; grand mansion (10 guest suites), wine cellar, formal dining, clubhouse, meeting rooms and lodge. Created membership profile, established joining fees and annual dues. Devised and implemented programs to attract high net worth individuals to membership without resorting to open selling. Personally interviewed and closed all Founder and Charter members – producing $30 million in fees and dues in first 3 years.
