What many people don’t understand is that thechallenge to loose weight derives from the fear offailure and taking accountability for ourselves. When loosing weight from dieting, people alwayshave expectations on how much weight they shouldbe loosing at a particular time or they haveexpectations on how everyone else may view theirprogress or people not taking the desire to looseweight seriously. Diets don’t work!Roland Anderson, Herbalife distributor and fitnesswellness coach, states that ultimately changinghealth habits changes your lifestyle and allows foryour physical transformation. Spending much of hischildhood overweight, Roland found motivation in aridicule remark from a former coworker thatprovided the momentum to loose 58 pounds, have abetter body mass index and as a result he hasmanaged 6.5 percent body fat and gained 20 lbs oflean muscle. Healthier food habits and physicalfitness is not the only contribution to the success inhis weight loss. Obtaining the ability to sustainenergy throughout his day while working a full timejob, part time health fitness coach, model and actor. This is also accounted by the knowledgeableunderstanding of balancing nutritional snacksthroughout his day. As an independent distributor ofHerbalife, nutrition for a better life, Ronald nowowns Nutrition Done Right, a business that hasencouraged his continuing success during hislifestyle transformation along with many of itsmembers. In addition, Roland sponsors MMAfighter, Anthony Mychael. Although his lifestyletransformation was necessary, being frank Rolandstates,”The transition wasn’t easy, but for the firsttime ever he is eating to live and no longer living toeat.”

Zachary, Louisiana native, Cosha Hayes, is the epitome of a real life Superwoman. AsI sat down to speak with her, I immediately noticed that she exudes power, positivity, and creativity. These great qualities also trickle down to her sons, Kyler and KalebDoutrive. Cosha Hayes is the Owner of Bran Nue Productions and released her firstnovel, Misconceptions, in April 2011. Since then, her son Kyler has launched SkayteBy: Kyler D, a unique and fresh T-shirt line and her youngest son, Kaleb has writtenhis own children’s book titled The Funny Chaps.

Since Hayes’ debut novel, she has published Ghetto Fantasies by Galvis Ardoin. Asher business continues to grow, she is still able to be a wonderful and involved mother,a community figure and mentor. When starting, Bran Nue Productions, Hayes knewthat she did not want to go out looking for a business partner, but instead wanted tobuild this business with her boys. Her sons want to show other children that “even thoughthey are kids, you can still do it”. Kyler and Kaleb want to encourage other youngchildren and have already shown the world that anything is possible.

Cosha Hayes, the author, publisher and entrepreneur has already taken the world bystorm and as her passion for the literary world continues to grow, there is no stoppingher. The “family team” that she has formed is rare, but solid and everyone should be onthe lookout and anticipate all of the wonderful things coming in the future from BranNue Productions!
