events a few months ago and I have to say, they are one of the most well organised event com!anies I

have ever worked with. Along with making me feel incredibly welcome and su!!orted as a s!eaker,

the digital !romotional materials they gave me were !henomenal. ne of which was an interesting

image to insert into my email signature. 7hat a fantastic idea and a great use of the hundreds of

email communications coming in and out of my inbo daily.

I was also recently asked to be a guest !anelist on the 9%mashing the :lass (eiling’ $elesummit with a

number of business e!erts Australia wide and I suggested to Annemarie (ross, the host and!roducer, to create a gra!hic for my email signature. %he did so and as I went through the !rocess of

inserting it, I documented it so I could show you ste! by ste! how it’s done.

There are various ways you can utilise it. Here’s a few suggestions:

signature.

!te" $0lace the cursor where you want the image to be !laced in the email signature. In my case, it’s under

the eisting image.

$hen click on the 9insert image’ icon. It’s then going to take you to a window ste! 45 that will re>uire a

?/ for your image. $o get the ?/ see ste! .

have found Imgur to be the easiest one to use and it gives you a list of ?/’s for difference uses.

use images you don’t have !ermission to use.
