Nordgren earned a B.A. from the School of Media Arts and Design at
James Madison University and worked formany years in the lm and
video industry before joining J-PAL in March 2012. At J-PAL Blu is
the in-housephotographer, videographer and video editor, creating
video archives of conferences and trainings. Blu also spendsmuch of
her time as a designer for J-PAL, putting together both internal
and external publication pieces. In addition,she maintains
SharePoint and SalesForce, multiple parts of the J-PAL website, and
acts as the co-coordinator of thePolicy Group's various programs
and conferences.
