the Delaware Folk Art Collection and offer spacious reception

and meeting rooms. The conference center includes a large open

banquet room in the original hayloft and a secluded courtyard for

picturesque outdoor accommodations.

Renovations to the historic Blue Ball Dairy Barn beganin 2004, recapturing an idyllic time of the past. Threeyears later, the barn opened to the public as a showcasedestination, complete with heritage relics andcontemporary amenities. The special exhibit space isdedicated to the agricultural and rural history of thearea and provides a unique setting for both businessfunctions and private affairs. The facility, which receivedLEED certification for its environmentally-friendlydesign, is ideal for training and conferences, and thesecluded courtyard can be used for tented and otheroutdoor functions.

Blue Ball Barn is easily accessible from I-95 and Route202 and is within 30 minutes driving distance fromPhiladelphia and West Chester, Pennsylvania; and twohours from New York City and Washington, D.C.
