Candidates ability to communicate complex value propositions, possession of niche cyber expertise and consultative nature formed the key requirements of the search.

The result Off the back of a successful 3-month trial period Stott and May were retained for further 18 months to see the project to fruition - eventually placing 42 sales and pre-sales professionals across the EMEA region in total. The result of ‘Project Capacity’ played an important role in the eventual Symantec acquisition.
