BMEC “Individual” SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHS Friday, September 16, 2016

Dear Parents:

On Friday, September 16th, photographers from Lifetouch National School Studios, Inc. will

take individual photos of all BMEC students, grades Four & Five. Photos will take four to six weeks to

process.

Please note that any child who is absent on September 16th will have his/her individual portrait

taken on Friday, October 18th, which is student picture make-up day.

Very Important Information

1. The photographs are offered to you on a pre-pay basis only. You may order online, or you may

enclose cash, check or money order. Checks and money orders should be made out to Lifetouch.

If you choose to pay by cash, please be sure to provide the exact amount of money. Lifetouch

will not make change.

2. You may select a picture package of your choice.

3. In terms of selecting clothing for your child, please remember that the school district dress

code policy is in effect for this day.

4. You may select your own favorite background.

5. PTO volunteers will be present to assist the children.

6. Please completely fill out the information on the picture envelope. Your child should be ready to

present the envelope to the photographer on picture day.
