HdaS The high-density monolithic connector
the HDAS connector offers a high-density board level solution with an increased temperature resistance (more than 150°C) and high vibration levels. fitted with the StarCLIP contact technology, the HDAS ensures 4.5a per signal contacts, exceeding the mIL-dtL-55302 requirements.
Smart and robustnthe lateral rails guarantee an optimized pin-protectionnthe LCP material is compatible with all the soldring processesnthe strong mechanical guides ensure 36 keying possibilities and 1.4mm/3° of realignment capability in both longitudinal and lateral axis.
With a 1.905 x 1.905 staggered grid pattern, designers can choose between straight PC tails, right angle PC tails or solderless press-fit attachments. the range is available from 3 to 5 rows, from 50 to 253 contacts.

ensuring a high signal integrity level.equipped with a robust metallic shell, the SMASH ensures shielding continuity which can be reinforced by adding a ground-strip.the modular and high-density concept of the SMASH allows the user to choose between 1, 2 or 3 cavities equipped with 132, 150 or 154-signal contact insert. the plug surface mount flex termination permits to comply with various thickness of boards.
the HiLinX1.905 modular concept allows infinite mixed arrangements by combining 3a/5a-signal contact, 70a-radSoK contact, 20a-power contact, coaxial rf contact and amphelux-optical termini.

available in both 1.905 x 1.905 staggered grid pattern, the HiLinX1.905 de-sign allows the user to choose between straight PC tails, right angle PC tails, solderless press-fit attachments or crimp contacts. The range is avai-lable in 2 or 3 rows, from 0 to 200 signal contacts.
