Take TimeGive yourself plenty of time to check-in and enjoy all the Voie has to offer.

Your journey begins at check-in with a guided tour to acquaint you with

the facility and set your intentions for the day. Take a moment prior to

your treatment to relax your muscles in the whirlpool, steam room or sauna

to aid the therapeutic benefits of your service. Both in consideration of our

other guests and in order for you to receive your full treatment, being on

time for your appointment is greatly appreciated.

Cancellation PolicyIf you need to cancel or change services, we request a minimum of 12-hour

notice. The full service will be charged on any late cancellations or no-

show appointments.

Age RequirementsThe spa is an adult-oriented atmosphere, therefore the minimum treatment

age is 16. Children under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by a parent

or adult guardian for spa services. Children receiving salon services must

be accompanied by an adult at all times.

GratuityPlease advise us if you have gender preference for your service provider at

the time of booking. A 20% service charge will be included to your bill for

your service provider and support staff.

Complimentary AmenitiesLockers with robes and sandals are provided to help you relax during

your stay in the spa. We offer beverages and snacks for you during

your stay. Enjoy the scented steam room, showers, sauna, whirlpool,

relaxation lounge and fitness room during your stay. These amenities are

complimentary for those getting spa services. There is a $34 charge for use

of the spa space for guests who do not have spa appointments.

Couples SuitesOur couples room promotes reconnection and relaxation. If you would

like to share your spa experience in a Couple’s Suite inform the reservation

specialist at the time of booking. We can accommodate a variety of

services in the Couple’s Suites.
