IFP’s Branch Chairmen have designed programmes to enhance our Financial Planning skills, improve our technical knowledge and provide great opportunities for personal and business development. There are
hundreds of meetings with something for everyone, whether you’re a Financial Planner, Paraplanner or part of the support team in a Financial Planning business.
As an IFP member, you can attend as many meetings as you want, at any location, for free. This includes a brand new branch - welcome Isle of Wight - which makes 23 branches in total. Where else can you attend such high quality events relevant to your business and mix with likeminded people free of charge (for members)? I strongly encourage you to make branch meetings part of your 2015 training programme and to put the dates for your local branch in your diary now. Don’t forget to spread the word. If you know someone who you think will benefit from attending a meeting who isn’t a member of the IFP, invite them along and introduce them to the world of the IFP and Financial Planning. I know they’ll thank you for it!
Finally, my congratulations to all the Branch Chairmen for putting together a first class programme for you. Enjoy!
Melony Holman CFPCM
Chairman, IFP Membership Committee

Since our inception in 2000, the Transact service has grown from strength-to-strength, thanks to you.
Our business is based on sound principles,
such as professionalism, ethics and
innovation, and we observe these same
qualities in IFP and its members. That’s why
we are proud to be associated with the
IFP and proud sponsors of the IFP branch
programme 2015.
We’ve always associated ourselves with
advisers at the top of their profession, and
our relationship with the IFP programme
just cements that. With even more valuable
face-to-face time with advisers, it’s another
way of finding out what you think and the
challenges you face.
Brain Radbone, the Head of Technical
Services at Transact says:”The additional
support and training that we provide
through this programme helps us to
share our unique combination of proven
technology and personal service.
We constantly hear about the significant
challenges advisers face therefore we’re
well placed to provide support and help
with solutions – providing technical insight
where needed. That way we can help
advisers build their business and help them
save a significant amount of time.”
Whatever we can do to release you from
some of the time-consuming activities
involved in managing your clients’ financial
plans is a positive step that allows you to
concentrate on helping your clients with
their financial needs.
Ian Taylor, Chief Executive Officer message
to IFP members: “Our relationship with
IFP forms the cornerstone of our adviser
support activity for another year. We will
do our very best to help you build your
business on ours.”
