Nearly 5% spread in full load injection quantity from min to max injector. 5 injectors do not produce any pilot injection at all will cause firing delay at 4 cylinders. Idle test point shows up to 100% spread from min to max.

Shot to shot spread is really bad in full load injection. Up to 10,3 mm³/stroke standard deviation. Which means that 99,7% full load injections are between 254,4mm³ ±30,9mm³ 223,5 – 285,3mm³So the same injector has in full load a 28% spread in quantity at the same energizing time. Do you think this engine will run smooth? We don´t think so!
