Describe in detail all work performed by, or on behalf of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sever District ("USD") at the Site pertaining to (a) the rechannelization of Maline Creek, (b) the stabilization of the banks of Maline Creek, and (c) asbestos cleanup, In your description, please indicate the work that was performed, who performed the work, who supervised the work, and the dates that the work was performed. 2. Submit copies of all documents in MSD's possession or control pertaining to those activities set forth in question number 1 above. 3. Submit copies of the results of all tests or analyses performed by or on behalf of MSD on soils, water, and other materials (including asbestos materials) at the Site.

You may, if you desire, assert a confidentiality claim covering part or all of the information requested pursuant to Sections 104(e)(7)(E) and (F) Of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. §* 9604(e)(7)(E) and (F), and 40 C.F.R. 5 2, 203 (b) by attaching to such information at t,,e time it is submitted, a cover sheet, stamped or typed legend, or other suitable form of notice employing language such as 'trade secret," or "proprietary" or "company confidential." information covered by such a claim will be disclosed by EPA only to the extent, and only by means of the procedures set forth In the statutes and regulation set forth above. If no such claim accompanies the information when it is received by EPA, it may be made available to the public by EPA without further notice to you.
