ICORR QUALIFIED PAINT INSPECTORS

The team form a specialist division within

Brewers, there to support you and offer

advice in the field of high performance

coatings, covering problem areas such

as floors, metal, cladding, hygiene

and specialist surfaces. They provide a

complete free service, from site visit and

specification to testing and maintenance

support.

Studies have shown that the use of colour and texture can aid learning and enhance the learning environment.

The functions of each space should be considered so that the most appropriate coating is specified.

Corridors, classrooms and communal areas take the knocks of everyday activity, requiring regular cleaning, they should be easy to maintain with a durable coating that is tough and washable.

Kitchens, food technology and dining areas are where hygiene is key so anti-bacterial paints are ideal as they have been formulated to reduce the impact of bacteria.

Sports halls are another high impact area where tough durable coatings need to be applied across all surfaces from the walls to the floors.

Toilets and changing rooms are prone to moisture and mould, appropriate anti-mould and stain blocking coatings should be applied.

As part of our centenary celebrations, we donated £1 million to Disability Challengers to enable them to create a groundbreaking centre for disabled children in Farnham in Surrey. This is only the start – we want to do more.
