FACILITIES SUPERVISOR IIThis position is the highest on-site level of Facility Management leadership and is responsible for orga-nizing, directing, and overseeing the day to day plant operations activities for a single hospital, related clinics and other facilities. May oversee clinics, medical office buildings (MOB’s) and other non-hospital real estate. May represent the Facility Manager to Administration as re-quired. Responsibilities may include; Plant Operations, Environmental Safety, Security, Construction and other duties as assigned. Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital maintenance/medical equipment operations management with 2- 3 years of progressive supervisory experience required.
AMBULANCE DRIVER (PRN)The Ambulance Driver assists with professional and compassionate care to a variety of patients encountered in a multi-disciplinary prehospital/hospital setting. The Ambulance Driver is responsible for the safe trans-fer of patients and staff to a different facility or level of care. Responsible for the safety of patients, staff and families.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN (Casual)Must be a certified NREMT- EMT. Additional duties related to the safety and maintenance of ambulance service equip-ment and vehicles.

SHEYENNE CITY COUNCILREGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
OCTOBER 1, 2018 Mayor Hanson called the regular meeting to order with all members present. Minutes of September 3, 2018 meeting were read and approved. Motion Hoffner, second Ben-son, motion carried. B. Rieger, Facilities Operator, sewer line jetting is scheduled for Oct. 2. Gas heaters in well houses need to be turned low. Coun-cil will talk to Duda Electric inquiring about smaller heaters the old wellhouse and tower. There was an equipment malfunction at the pump which allowed for chlorine to pump into water without the well pumping. Now working properly. Thumb made motion, second Benson, motion carried to pay Sheyenne Trading Company 30 percent down as per bid on work being completed on old well house. Work complete on old well house wiring is off wall and will be insulated and re-sheet-ed shortly. Need to contact plumber when ready. Motion Hoffner, second Ames, mo-tion carried to pay Dean Wallace for roofing project. Council discussed delinquent water bills and letters will be sent out once again. Dump ground gate needs to be locked at all times. Weeds were sprayed between streets and curbs. Council agreed that if a street sweeper comes up on bids that it will be looked at before a bid is placed. Open Season Lodge requested to table the meet-ing until November. Motion Hoffner, second Thumb, motion carried to approve Sheyenne Rodeo Club to rent the Ostby for their buck night on November 10th along with a raffle. Rodeo club will get insurance and any fry-ing will be done outside. Tree trimming is
scheduled for October 11th and will be done by the Sheyenne Fire Department. Need to contact Otter Tail regarding street lights by the old blacksmith shop and Senior Center. Duda Electric will be contacted regarding a Christmas tree hookup on one of the poles on main street. Treasurer’s Report: Motion to accept Trea-surer’s Report Thumb, second Ames, motion carried.
