MY Role : 1) Project formulation & Viability analysis along with marketing
department as well as cost analysis ,2) providing technical support to Liaison
department in Licensing, Demarcation , Zoning , EIA , Airport authority ,ground water ,
HUDA Forest Fire department etc 3) Preparing project brief and RFP for Consultants HUDA, Forest , Fire department etc .3) Preparing project brief and RFP for Consultants
4) Overall Planning designing and construction of sample flat complete with interiors
4) Short listing and appointing consultants 5) Design coordination and quality
management of consultant deliverables i.e. drawings and construction documents
