1. Brig YP Goyal, VSM (President)

• As Chief Executive Officer of the Association, monitor the overall functioning of the

Management Board.

2. Col SP Malik, VSM (Vice President)

• Overall financial planning to include Maint Fund and development of Corpus Fund.

• SOPs for tendering system & award of works.

• Inventory control- record of all assets

• Tenants welfare.

• Seminars & Lectures.

• House Keeping and related SOPs.

• Assist President in overall functioning.

3. Col GM Sharma, SM (Secretary)

• Besides routine functions of Secretary:-

(a) Record of Minutes, Compendium of "Resolution" passed in Meeting &Compendium of Committees / Boards ordered in the past.

(b) Monthly News Letter.

(c) Security.

(d) Related SOPs.

(e) Any other work which may be assigned by the President

4. Col SK Nagpal( Treasurer)

• Besides routine functions of Treasurer and overall financial planning along with the Vice

President.

(a) Inventory control- record of all assets along with Vice President.

(b) Related SOPs.

(c) Any other work which may be assigned by the President.

5. Maj Gen SK Sinha, VSM (Member Township Development & Planning)

• To act as "Think Thank" along with the President.

• Completion Certificate for the AWHO Township (Schools, NOCs etc) to stop further

penalties.

• Development of ECHS,CSD& Shopping Complex.

• Explore feasibility of.

• Perspective Plan, SOPs & Bye La~s.

• To liaise with Civil Govt/Auth & Army HQ to raise resources for the development of theSociety.

6. Col (Mrs) Nalini Sharma (Member Arboriculture & Gen Ambience)

• Planning & execution of plantation of tree, plants, perennial & seasonal.

• Development of Green House, entrance gate& outer periphery, Lawns and gardens.

• Signages.

• Welfare of families & Children

• Related SOPs

• Any other task as may be assigned by the President.

7. Lt Col (Dr) SK Patnaik (Member Infrastructure 'A')

• All civil engg works with special attention to Phase-lll buildings.

• Fire fighting infra, its AMC, rehearsals and NOe. Explore feasibility of Fire Tender from

State Govt.

• Water Supply, Rain Water Harvesting.

• Insurance of buildings

• Related SOPs.

• Any other task as may be assigned by the President.

8. Col Raj Kumar (Memebr Infrastructure 'B')

• Lifts, Generators and their AMCs.

• Intercom, Broad band, DTH system/ cable TV, IPTV etc.

• Related SOPs.

• Any other task as may be assigned by the President.

9. CPO Harendra Singh (Member Infrastructure 'C')

• Electrical fittings & their maint, explore LED.

• CCTV Cameras, monitoring System & maint.

• Explore Solar System.

• Lightening conductors.

• Related SOPs.

• Any other task as may be assigned by the President

10. Col S K Niranjan (Member Cultural affairs & Extra- Curricular Activities).

• GVAI (Planning)

• Picnics, Tours & Sight Seeing.

• Celebrations (religious, Social Sensational days).

• Explore feasibility of war memorial.
