The production - obtained through 3 high-tech equipment presses with: 7-8,5-10 inches containers, which can product over 400 mm section profiles and maximum weight 20 kg per meter. The total production capacity is 40,000 tons per year. The know-how of the Group is applied to all stages of the working of sections: from the production of the alloy, making dies, engineering profiles, additional processing and storage.

L’ultima pressa installata incorpora tutto quello che è lo
“stato dell’arte” della tecnologia per quanto riguarda tutte le
fasi di estrusione. Di particolare rilievo ad esempio l’adozione
del riscaldamento “conico” per le billette, procedimento
che garantisce una maggiore omogeneità del materiale in
fase di estrusione e contemporaneamente un considerevole
risparmio energetico. Anche il ciclo di raffreddamento dei
profilati all’uscita dalla matrice è stato realizzato in modo
da ottimizzare la resa degli impianti in termini di qualità
e tempi di produzione.
Inoltre, quando le condizioni sono opportune, è possibile
realizzare matrici a più uscite per i profilati comuni, a
tutto vantaggio di una maggiore produttività.
The new 10 inches press boasts state-of-the-art technology at all extrusion stages. Particularly important is, for example, the adoption of “conic” heating for the billets, a process that guarantees a higher level of homogeneity of the material in the extrusion phase and, at the same time, considerable energy saving. Also the cooling cycle of the sections coming out of the dies has been conceived so as to optimize the performance of the equipment in terms of quality and production times.Of course, the power made available through this press permits to produce sections of remarkable size (up to 350 mm in diameter), thus allowing to meet even the most challenging demands. Or, when conditions are ideal, it is possible to make multiple output dies for standard sections, thus favouring a higher productivity.

L’ultima pressa installata incorpora tutto quello che è lo
