Best “Building a Cancer-Free World” Team CampsiteCampsites should go along with the theme, “Building a Cancer-Free World.” Teams
should include the team name and will be judged on creativity, effort, and over all presentation. The campsites will be judged by members of the Relay For Life committee.
Best “Building a Cancer-Free World” HATHats are in! Design a hat or head-piece that represents this year’s theme “Building a
Cancer-Free World”. Individuals will be judged on creativity, effort, and over all presentation. Hats will be judged by members of the Relay For Life committee.
Best “Building a Cancer-Free World” TOOL BELTStrap on your “Building a Cancer-Free World” tool belt! You’ll be judged on creativity,

Fundraising Ideas
Team Fundraising Club
• Individual Fundraising Incentives– For team members that raise $250 or more, there are incentive
prizes that can be ordered.
• What is the Fundraising Club?
Criteria• Maximum of 15 team members. Teams that have more than
15 members will need to register as more than one team to qualify.
• All registration fees must be paid by required deadline.• Team Funds include team registration fee, team member
donations, matching funds and luminaria donations.

• Bronze $2,500-$3,499
• Silver $3,500-$4,999
• Gold $5,000-$7,499
• Platinum $7,500-$9,999
• Jade $10,000-$14,999
• Sapphire $15,000-$24,999

• Ruby $50,000-$74,999
• Diamond $75,000-$99,999

Campsite Necessities
• Tent• Campsite Decorations• Lawn Chairs• Cooler/Non-Alcoholic Drinks• Food*Concessions will be available for food/drinks
on Friday night from 5:30 - 11 pm.
*Many teams will be selling different items throughout the event. Your team may
choose to do this as well.
Campsite Necessities
• Money:Most teams do fun onsite fundraisers the day of
Relay, so you will want to bring some cash so you may partake in their activities!
• Weather:Come prepared for any sort of weather. We Relay rain or shine! Location change due
to inclement weather predictions will be updated on our Relay For Life website and emailed to all participants.

•March 24 Relay 101 – designed for new Relay Captains, including great online tips
•April 28 Fundraising Roundtable – creative & fun ideas for your team
•May 16 Relay Day – get all the fun details, entertainment schedule & activities
Bank Nights Bring in your team member packets and pick up t-shirts
•May 31 & June 1 from 4pm-8 pm @ American Cancer Society, 4080 1st Ave NE
