As one of the oldest building contractors in South Tyrol,

we can take pride in a tradition that goes back over

100 years. Our family has been active in the wood and

construction industry since 1907; today we are a multi-

functional building contractor with head offices in Sand

in Taufers (Italy). We are pleased to be able to draw on

our many years of experience to assist our customers.

Our great strength is derived from the skills, commit-

ment and flexibility of our workforce. As a general

contractor, we are always prepared to adapt to the

changes required by time and society. Our business

Preserving history

RESTORATION

We accomplish professional restoration work that

takes all of the important aspects into account with

precision and a love for detail, from the protection of

monuments to the dismantling of existing buildings.

Together with the clients and planners, we go through

the inventories, draw up specific restoration plans

and establish the individual building phases. This

method allows us to renovate, complete and secure

the existence of the object in question.

We protect historic structures and thus preserve a

piece of history for future generations.

Versatile materials

METALWORKING

Modern architecture knows no limits to the forms that

roofing can take. Complex constructions often require

solutions in metal, as this material can be shaped and

worked into almost any form. Facades, too, can be

realised in practically any design using metal, copper

and similar building materials.

Together with our in-house carpenters, our metalwor-

king shop can offer you individual solutions for your

living space.

Particularly in South Tyrol, roofs are exposed to

extremes of weather. Snow and frost in winter

followed by rain and heat in summer represent major

challenges in the construction of houses and roofs.

Regular inspection and maintenance over the years is

therefore indispensable.
