We would like to make some important announcement for the coming Academic Year 2019-2020.

Kindly note:Any original document (like Birth Certificate and lor fitness certificate) required by the school should be

submitted by so" May'2019. Please ignore if you have already completed the formalities of documentation.

Please make a note of the following information regarding the schedule for the academic year 2019-2020.

1. Details of the Class & Division will be displayed on the school Notice Board and School Website on

Saturday os" June, 2019 after 4:00 p.m.

2. An Orientation will be conducted by the class teachers on Wednesday iz" June, 2019 at 08:30 a.m

for Morning Shift and 11:00 a.m for Afternoon Shift on the ground floor. Attendance of one parent

is compulsory. Children will not be allowed. You are requested to handover 2 passport size

photographs clicked in the school uniform with white background to the class teachers on the

orientation day itself. Student's name, class and div should be written behind the photograph.

3. School reopens on Tuesday is"June, 2019. •Re-opening Day: Students of Morl"ling shift will report at 7:45a.m with their parents.

Bus service will not be available for pick up. Parents will come and drop their ward at 7:45 a.m. Schoolwill leave at 10:45 a.m. Parents opted for bus facility will come at 10:30 a.m to collect their ward andtravel in school bus to confirm the bus stop. Walking parents will come to pick up their ward at 11:00p.m.

4. During the rainy season, all students should wear black sandals with Velcro.
